TAF-HEEM is a program as per the UAE standards that provide standardised awareness, education, orientation and guidance prior to leaving the country of origin. Taf-heem aims to work and partner with all entities to ensure the recruitment process is seamless. Our aim is to reduce the cost of migration by offering training programs to educate workers on their rights and well-being. As part of our ecosystem we aim to provide the following structure -

TAS-HEEL

Issuance, Documentation and Renewal of Labour Contracts for Current and New Employees.

Educating workers before leaving to the UAE on culture, laws, religion, labour, salary, rights, welfare and well-being.

TAW-JEEH

Awareness for employees once in the UAE educating them further on Labour Law and their Labour contract.

WELFARE CENTRE

Welfare Centre after reaching the UAE, providing mediation, legal advice, WPS advice, assistance and dormitories instead of absconding.

Introduction

TAF-HEEM works towards educating workers and building awareness among prospective workers about relevant laws and regulations of the UAE, rules and norms of the society, and significant reduction of migration cost.

TAF-HEEM aims to enhance the importance of raising awareness and guidance with extensive Pre-departure orientation programs, Skilled training, Low-cost migration & Police clearance.
